Locally based in Jacksonville, each team member is committed to delivering personalized service, proactive communication, and expert guidance for every community we serve. Get to know the faces behind our exceptional personal service—professionals who genuinely care about your community’s success.

Ken Caskey, LCAM, CMCA

President & CEO

Ken brings over three decades of experience in business management, finance, operations, and real estate, including extensive expertise within the HOA industry. A proud University of Florida graduate, Ken holds a Florida CAM license and is certified as a Community Association Manager (CMCA). Since joining FCAM in July 2024, he transitioned smoothly from COO into his current role, driven by a deep commitment to Northeast Florida. Outside the office, Ken enjoys golfing, traveling, attending live music events, catching a game, and spending time with his daughter, Courtney, son-in-law Steve, and his beloved border collie, Cody.

Bonnie MacKenzie

Senior CAM

Bonnie is a licensed Community Association Manager with over eight years of experience in the effective management of condominiums and homeowner associations. She holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation and currently manages a diverse portfolio of communities while also providing leadership and support to staff-level CAMs. Bonnie is committed to delivering exceptional service to the communities she manages, with a focus on communication, organization, and fostering strong relationships with boards and residents alike. Outside of work, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and early mornings at the beach with her dog, Nona.

Jill Paramio

Senior CAM


Jill is a dedicated Community Association Manager with extensive experience cultivating vibrant, inclusive, and well-managed communities. A licensed Florida CAM, Jill manages a diverse portfolio of communities while providing leadership and supervision to FCAM’s staff-level CAMs. Her expertise lies in enhancing community living through effective management practices and personal dedication. Outside the office, Jill spends her time gardening, decorating her home, and applying her passion for beautifying both personal and community spaces.

Sheree Williams

Chief Financial Officer

Sheree brings over 25 years of corporate finance experience to First Coast, overseeing our accounting and finance operations. Joining our team in 2021 after retiring from Assurant, Inc., a Fortune 500 insurance company, Sheree previously served as Vice President of Finance. She is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Florida. Sheree relocated to Jacksonville from Atlanta, where she actively volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, served on the Goodwill Industries board, and participated in leadership programs.

Dawn Rutherford

Accounting Manager

Dawn has been a valued member of First Coast for 16 years, serving as Accounting Manager and overseeing daily accounting operations and the staff accounting team. She holds a degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Management, complemented by multiple professional certifications. Dawn’s team has an impressive average tenure of over six years at FCAM. In her personal time, Dawn enjoys traveling with her husband, attending sporting events, and spending time with her family, especially their grandchildren.
